We are located in Marsala , on the west coast of the island, where there is the most evocative and windy lagoon in all of Europe, characterized by beaches of fine white sand and a clear and transparent sea.
Low and flat water, constant winds all year round and breathtaking views make Lo Stagnone a very popular tourist destination and Marsala one of the world capitals of kitesurfing.
LIST OF SCHOOLS
Inside the Stagnone Kite Village there are over 20 kitesurfing and windsurfing schools. Half are Italian, the other half German, Polish, Czech, Austrian, Hungarian and Dominican. You can practice your favorite sport among mills, salt flats, breathtaking sunsets and flat water with constant wind 300 days a year. The average annual wind is 13 knots.
Lo Stagnone di Marsala is located in the province of Trapani 90 km from Palermo airport and a couple of km from Trapani Birgi airport. This locality is called in different ways: Stagnone Kite, Lo Stagnone Marsala, Stagnone Marsala, Kitesuf Stagnone, natural reserve of the Stagnone.
The schools offer kitesurfing and windsurfing courses for all levels from beginners to advanced with certified instructors: IKO , AITC, ITC, VDWS , AKI and FIV .The Stagnone kitesurf schools also offer the possibility to rent equipment on site and offer other services such as beach boy, showers and catering service.
